“ After having my 2020 Subaru Forrester installed with new brakes, oil change tire rotation, and fluid flush from another business, I had check engine and sensor lights issues. I took it to Darrel Walltrip Subaru today to have all the issues addressed. Including a driver side window that wasn't working properly. The customer service technician assigned to me was Ellis Roberts and I have to say he was amazing! He checked on me several times throughout the day on the process as it took many hours to complete the repairs. And he did let me know that upfront, which was very nice and courteous and told me that he let them know I was going to be waiting for the repairs that day so he ensured to make it priority so I could get it done ASAP . If I could personally request his assistance again in the future I would! And I highly recommend this Subaru dealership for repairs. I will never take my Subaru to any other place but this dealership and this one is close to me, and I am grateful for it because I will be a loyal customer. He’s gone above and beyond at every service, is extremely knowledgeable about the maintenance/service side and very friendly. This past service there was a discrepancy with warranty, but followed through with original agreed amount. Not only that, but there wasn’t a loaner car available at the time of service, so he put us in a rental car, and when the loaner was available a Subaru employee drove out to my work to switch them.
